1. Definitions
1.1 The promoter (the “Promoter”) is Space Connect Limited of (registered in England company number 10740031) with registered offices at Norderstedt House, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7RQ.
1.2 The reseller (the “Reseller”) is a customer of Space Connect with a legal status as a sole trader, partnership or incorporated entity.
2. THE PROMOTION and HOW TO ENTER
2.1 Promotion entries will be made automatically by the Promoter when a reseller purchases US$5000 worth of qualifying products within the promotional period.
2.2 Each US$5000, US$10,000 and US$15,000 invoice sales target must be hit, to qualify for either the US$250, US$500 or US$1000 Sodexo voucher, respectively. For clarity, the invoiced amount is the value of the order to Space Connect.
2.3 The promotional period runs 01/02/2022 to 31/03/2022 (inclusive). Orders placed after the promotion period will not be eligible.
2.4 The Reseller has the right to refuse entry to the Promotion by notifying enquiries@spaceconnect.co
2.5 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the Promotion if it deems it necessary to do so due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
2.6 Space Connect will be invoiced by ESCO for the total value of vouchers qualified in the course of the promotion.
2.7 Deals will not count towards the Promotion until the customer has paid their first year’s subscription. Based on our standard terms we expect this to be no later than 30 April. There is a further grace period until 31st May 2022 for customer payment. Any orders paid after 30th April will not qualify for this promotion.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The Promotion is open to all ESCO Philippines employees, aged 18 and over, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake any action as is reasonable, if it considers that an entry is fraudulent or invalid or the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
4. THE PRIZE
4.1 The Prize is:
• Invoice US$20K of Space Connect sales - claim your US$1000 Sodexo voucher
• Invoice US$10K of Space Connect sales - claim your US$500 Sodexo voucher
• Invoice US$5K of Space Connect sales - claim your US$2500 Sodexo voucher
4.2 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
4.3 ESCO will have a 12 month redemption period from the closing date to claim the prize through their Space Connect Partner Manager.
4.4 Only one prize per individual, in the promotion period.
5. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
5.1 The Promotion winners will be announced 2nd April 2022.
5.2 The promotor requests that the prize is awarded within the Reseller’s business in accordance with their company policy of received gifts.
5.3 The prize winner must agree to have their company mentioned on the Promoter’s social media platforms.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury. Your statutory rights are not affected.
GENERAL
7. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete, lost or not received entries.
