What's your role at Space Connect, and what does a typical day look like for you?

I specialise in 1st and 2nd line support. A typical day for me involves replicating and testing issues flagged by our customers. Upon identifying system-related issues, I promptly initiate bug tickets. Beyond this, I am one of the go-to resources for customers seeking assistance or clarification on system usage and setup. Additionally, I play a crucial role in the testing phase of upcoming releases, diligently uncovering any potential issues. Another one of my responsibilities includes curating and maintaining our support articles, ensuring they remain current and user-friendly for our valued customer base. 😍

What do you like most about working at Space Connect and why?

I find joy in problem-solving within my role at Space Connect. Every day brings something new, and there's nothing more rewarding than resolving an issue for a customer and leaving them genuinely happy. The camaraderie among my fantastic colleagues adds an extra layer of enjoyment. We function seamlessly as a team, supporting each other through the ups and downs, creating a positive and friendly work environment. 💜

I initially worked in accounts, handling responsibilities such as bookkeeping and payroll. However, I transitioned into an administrative sales role where my primary duties involved overseeing day-to-day sales operations and providing support to customers by addressing their specific requirements. 👩
