I specialise in 1st and 2nd line support. A typical day for me involves replicating and testing issues flagged by our customers. Upon identifying system-related issues, I promptly initiate bug tickets. Beyond this, I am one of the go-to resources for customers seeking assistance or clarification on system usage and setup. Additionally, I play a crucial role in the testing phase of upcoming releases, diligently uncovering any potential issues. Another one of my responsibilities includes curating and maintaining our support articles, ensuring they remain current and user-friendly for our valued customer base. 😍
