What's your role at Space Connect, and what does a typical day look like for you?

My typical day at Space Connect kicks off with an early start. I begin by navigating through emails and chats, addressing any pressing matters before immersing myself in meetings with the Support, Success, and Marketing teams. During these sessions, I actively contribute to resolving challenges that may arise, ensuring a smooth workflow before the lunchtime break. As the day progresses into the afternoon, my focus shifts towards exploring how AI can make my job more manageable, I dedicate time to identifying ways in which artificial intelligence can enhance efficiency and streamline various aspects of my role. In addition, I allocate time in the afternoon to attend customer calls, where I play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Space Connect app. This involvement not only helps in addressing customer concerns promptly but also contributes to maintaining a positive customer experience. In essence, my day is characterised by a proactive and hands-on approach, blending strategic thinking with direct engagement to ensure the success and operational excellence of Space Connect. 💪

My professional journey has primarily been within the software industry, commencing with a role in Support and progressing steadily into a managerial position. Over the course of my career, I've cultivated knowledge in various dimensions of the software world, encompassing development, marketing, and sales. This multifaceted exposure has been instrumental in acquiring expertise that I consistently apply in my role. 👨‍💼
